Monthly Vault Stewardship - Main Quest

Treasure Chest Quest:

You’re a traveling trader and have arrived at the merchant city of Blackford. Your possessions consist of a treasure chest of gold and a satchel of wares. You decide to set up shop and open a small stall.

The win condition: With the help of your goblin clerk, you become a merchant with a Trading House. (Move to Merchant’s Ledger tier)

Merchant’s Ledger Quest:

You are now a merchant with an established Trading House in Blackford. You hear of the Guild and the benefits they provide their members and decide to join them.

The win condition: With the help of your goblin clerk, you become a member of the Guild. (Move to Guild Master tier)

Guild Master Quest:

Upon becoming a Guild member, you have found that the Guild Master and his inner circle hold all of the power in the city. Your new goal is to befriend the Guild Master and earn your place in the inner circle.

The win condition: With the help of your goblin clerk, you become a member of the inner circle! (Remain in Guild Master tier for a year.)

REWARDS: When you outgrow your current Stewardship tier and advance to the next level, the Guild will celebrate your growth with a congratulatory message and $100 off your first month at the new level. When you enter the Guild’s inner circle as a Guild Master, you will receive 25 percent off your next eligible add-on project. You will also receive the standing privileges included with the Guild Master tier.

REWARDS DON’T STACK! Only one reward may be applied to a purchase. When more than one reward is available, the reward with the highest value will be used.

What Happens Each Month:

While you tend your stall and grow your Trading House, your goblin clerk keeps watch over the counting room. Each month, I gather your records. I sort the transactions and reconcile the accounts included in your Stewardship level.

Anything missing or unusual is brought to your attention before it can vanish into the vault. Once the ledger is ready, you receive your financial reports. You also receive a plain language summary of what happened.

There are no riddles from the Guild. You get a clear view of what entered the hoard and what left it. You will also know what still needs your attention.

  • Up to 2 agreed tracking dimensions, such as classes or locations

  • One 30-minute quarterly financial-review meeting

Guild Master

Complete financial stewardship for established businesses.

Includes:

  • Categorization of up to 500 monthly transactions

  • Reconciliation of up to 7 financial accounts

  • Reconciliation of up to 5 loan accounts

  • Reconciliation of up to 3 payment processors

  • Bookkeeping support for up to 50 customer invoices

  • Bookkeeping support for up to 50 vendor bills

  • Monthly budget-to-actual reporting

  • One 30-minute monthly financial-review meeting

  • Priority bookkeeping email support, generally within one business day

  • Up to 2 bookkeeping calls or screen-share sessions per month, up to 15 minutes each

Flat rate: $1,000.00

Monthly pricing covers one legal business entity and one QuickBooks Online company file. Your tier is based on the lowest package that accommodates all applicable transaction, account, loan, payment-processor, invoice, and bill limits. Businesses exceeding Guild Master limits receive a custom quote.

Monthly financial-review meetings explain your bookkeeping reports and answer bookkeeping-related questions. They do not include tax advice, legal advice, forecasting, controller services, CFO services, or business-management consulting.

Optional Payroll Add-On:

Wages of the Trading House

For stalls and Trading Houses with up to 10 apprentices: I’ll handle recording payroll summaries and reconciling payroll-related activity in QuickBooks so you don’t have to juggle scrolls and deadlines. Add this layer to a monthly package for +$200.00 / month, and your apprentices get paid on time while you stay focused on your quest.

This is payroll bookkeeping only. It does not include calculating or running payroll, scheduling direct deposits, preparing or filing payroll taxes or forms, or handling employee and HR administration.
